I Pledge Allegiance To The Earth

Today I want to talk about something that is close to my heart, the human race.

I am a fan of life, all life. I have spent my life fighting for the basic rights of all humans because it is the right thing to do. I love us, even tho we have done stupid things I still see the beauty in us. We are the creators and the destroyers, the givers and the takers but right now all we seem to be doing is taking and taking without giving back to the balance of life. I don't follow the excuses of many, I understand that many of the Earths problems are our own. If we know what they are doing and we are doing nothing to fix it then it is our fault. If you let a person get hit in front of you then it is your responsibility to help that person, just like the Earth now.

The Earth needs you!

It is slipping off balance and the powers that be are not helping us in sustaining it. We are only doing more damage then good. As I have stated before beliefs are personal. If you believe in gods, aliens or big foot that doesn't solve the fact that we are letting people suffer in the name of beliefs and profit. We are not helping anyone by forcing our views on another. I guess you can say how ironic that I said that while saying the Earth needs help but it is true. We have no proof of anything but the fact that the oceans are becoming a wasteland of pollution. The air we breathe can cause cancer from all the fossil fuels we are burning. The chemicals in our soil is affecting the health of every man, woman and child in this world and we are letting this happen. When can we say enough!

When will we stand for our planet and our home. When will we stand for those who have no voice while our governments are dropping bombs on children.

I just want to share this today, as I pledge allegiance to the Earth!

Could a hand grasps something that is only dirt?
Could this hand forget about the breaths about?

Yes for this hand feels the dead earth but can't grasp the breath about.

Beware least the hand cover all senses cause of the death it can hold in its hand!
